90% of all Willbillies have dogs. Wilbilly Rule #24: "dogs is fer outside, peoples is fer inside." A Wilbilly never lets their dog inside. A Wilbilly never walks their dog. A Wilbilly never cleans up after their dog. A Wilbilly lets their dog bark incessantly day and night. A Wilbilly cannot understand why a barking dog might annoy their neighbors.
